Gregory CREWDSON
グレゴリー・クリュードソンは1962年ニューヨークのブルックリン生まれ。
写真は、エドワード・ホッパーの絵画やアルフレッド・ヒッチコックやデヴィッド・リンチの映画と並んで、日常と不気味なものの間にある静かな心理的インターゾーンの忘れがたい喚起として、アメリカの視覚的辞書に登録されている。クルードソンは、多くの場合、大規模なチームと協力し、光、色彩、プロダクション・デザインに細心の注意を払って各画像を計画し、謎とサスペンスが吹き込まれた夢のようなシーンを作り上げる。クルードソンのイメージの多くは、小さな町が舞台であり、広く親しまれているが、彼は、特定可能な場所や瞬間を示す記号を避けるように注意し、時間の外にある世界を確立している。
