This set features volumes 7, 8 and 9 of the magazine “A Work of Art Vinyl – Ultimate Record Covers”

The three volumes cover almost all record covers created by the Japanese artist Tomoo Gokita. In addition to more than 200 works for artists such as Metafive, Towa Tei, Kahimi Karie and Sonic Youth, the magazine set also features dozens of previously unpublished works, including covers newly drawn exclusively for this project.

The covers are organized in several categories throughout the three magazines – e.g., Collage Drawing, Typography, Enigmatic or Still Life Realistic - further highlighting the enormous range of this exceptional artist.
