So far, the Assembly series has surveyed individuals grouping together in an attempt to show the strengths of groups.
In Assembly snow, individuals stack together, melt together to become one. Extending the time the camera shutter stayed open summons a blur in each image, and the individuals in the frame begin overlapping. Instead of fixing what is seen right before one’s eye, the development process reveals scenes that at first could not have been imagined.
No one exists all on their own
We all live life helping each other
I wanted to see what it looks like when individuals blend together in a white, snowy world. There, the individual disappears, and the beauty within a group becomes visible.
